Yorkshire Air Ambulance

Good Fundraising is delighted to be working with Yorkshire Air Ambulance (YAA), providing interim fundraising support to the Director of Relationship Fundraising through bid writing and applications to trusts and foundations.

As part of YAA’s ambitious £9 million capital programme to secure the future of its lifesaving service, the Good Fundraising team has been supporting efforts to address the remaining funding gap for the Big Airbase Build Appeal. In addition, we have developed compelling case for support documents and funding applications to secure investment in advanced equipment for YAA’s pilots and technical crew members. These enhanced NVGs will enable faster identification of hazards, terrain, and casualties during night-time missions, helping to improve operational safety and patient outcomes.

Alongside this work, we have produced a case for support and submitted applications to trusts and foundations to help YAA expand its consultant-level medical cover, ensuring that more patients can benefit from the highest standard of pre-hospital critical care.
