The Theatre Factory
Theatre Factory is a production-led creative company based in Barrow-in-Furness, bringing stories to life through theatre, animation, digital media, and sound. Community-led in every project, they collaborate with children, young people, and adults, ensuring local voices and ideas are at the heart of their work. They share stories locally and regionally, nurture emerging talent, and empower future generations to shape the culture and heritage of the borough and beyond.
Good Fundraising was commissioned to carry out a comprehensive, bespoke six-month fundraising review, including in-depth consultations with all stakeholders. Copies of the review were shared with all board members and have helped shape strategic decisions. Following the review, we supported Theatre Factory by completing multiple trust and foundation applications, securing core income for the charity and underpinning fundraising plans for their exciting IF! Festival. We have also helped develop a Corporate Fundraising strategy, ensuring Theatre Factory has the tools and guidance to grow income sustainably and continue delivering impactful, community-led creative projects.
