Mentoring Charity Graduates to Drive Impact  

Cath, the bid-writing lead here at Good Fundraising, is passionate about supporting the nonprofit sector beyond her day job. In her spare time, she is a registered mentor for Charity Works, the sector’s graduate scheme, where she helps develop future leaders. 

Cath has recently been assigned a new mentee, Sophie, the Impact and Outcomes Officer at Jessie May, a children’s hospice at home charity in Bristol. She is delighted to be guiding Sophie through real-time challenges, offering insights, and working through ideas that will support the charity’s plans. 

With her expertise in bid writing and fundraising, Cath brings valuable knowledge to the mentorship, helping Sophie strengthen Jessie May’s approach to securing funding and demonstrating impact.
