Green Estate CIC

By Good Fundraising

The Green Estate CIC is a leading social enterprise in Sheffield’s Manor area, transforming urban spaces into thriving, green and resilient environments where people and nature can flourish.

The organisation has invested over £9 million to regenerate a once-disadvantaged community, creating heritage facilities and award-winning parklands. Its work has turned derelict land into sustainable green spaces through innovative design, circular-economy initiatives and strong partnerships.

A recipient of the King’s Award for Enterprise in Sustainable Development, The Green Estate is recognised nationally as a model for people-centred urban regeneration. With a strong history of Income generation, the team came together to share learning and shape a future-focused fundraising strategy.

Good Fundraising facilitated a bespoke workshop with senior staff across all areas of The Green Estate’s work. Through collaborative SWOT and PEST analyses, and guided discussions of the fundraising landscape, the team identified the most effective approaches to maximise fundraising returns against their broader business income needs. This workshop provided clarity, alignment, and a strategic roadmap to strengthen sustainable funding for their impactful projects.Discover what Green Estate is all about by checking out their website here.
