The Green Estate Community Interest Company is a social enterprise which aims to grow engaging, adaptive and resilient urban places. It is a community and ecosystem of landscape designers, meadow makers, park and heritage stewards, green recyclers, venue organisers, volunteers and more who all care about social and environmental sustainability. The team have a very strong track record of generating income but wanted to come together to share experiences and to find a way forward for their future.
Good Fundraising were delighted to facilitate a one-day workshop where senior staff members across the different areas of Green Estate’s work were able to work together and contribute to a SWOT analysis, PEST analysis and discussion about the fundraising landscape and to draw out the best return on investment of fundraising activities against their business income needs.
