Barnsley Museums & Heritage Trust is a fundraising charity founded in 2015 to raise funds and support for five free-entry heritage attractions in Barnsley: Experience Barnsley, Cannon Hall Museum Park & Gardens, Worsbrough Mill and Country Park, The Cooper Gallery, and Elsecar Heritage Centre.Good Fundraising has been contracted to manage the fundraising activities of the Trust since 2016. During that time the fundraising income has grown from just £15k a year to over £500k last year.

This has been achieved through applications to trusts and foundations, the development of key partnerships and the encouragement of on-site donations. Recently, we also established a wonderful pear tree at Cannon Hall that encourages regular giving. We love working with the team at Barnsley Museums and are always really proud to see the projects that we have funded take shape.
